Refund Policy — AI Video Score

This policy applies to paid scan credits. (During the free launch period, scans are free and no purchases are made.)

AI Video Score sells prepaid scan credits — a digital, prepaid balance used to run AI-detection scans. Credits are delivered instantly, so the terms below apply.

• Unused credits — If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
• Partially used credits — If you've used some but not all, we may refund the unused portion (at our discretion) within 14 days. Credits already spent are non-refundable.
• Used credits — Credits consumed to run scans are non-refundable; once a scan runs, the service has been provided.
• If something went wrong — If a scan failed, you were charged without receiving credits, or it didn't work as described, contact us and we'll make it right with a full refund.
• Requests we may decline — where credits are substantially or fully consumed, the request is past 14 days, or there's evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated buy-use-refund).

How to request — Email [email protected] from your purchase email with a brief reason. We respond within 2–3 business days.

Payments — Handled by our payment processor as merchant of record; refunds return to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights — Nothing here limits your consumer-law rights. Any "cooling-off" right on digital purchases may no longer apply once you begin using your credits (consented to at checkout).
